Wear comfortable clothing and make sure to have warm clothes for the night and early morning. Bring your caps and hats to protect you from the sun while walking and make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. You may want to bring an extra outfit to change into after the hike.
Sunscreen is also important to protect your skin from too much sun exposure throughout your hike.
Always remember to bring drinking water and light food for snacking during the hike. Please make sure to bring 2 bottles or more of water per person, depending on the hike.
A first-aid kit is always a good thing to bring along on any hike. The guide will have one, but you may want to consider bringing along your own just to be safe.
The reserve is not responsible for the loss of any belongings, so you may want to avoid wearing any jewelry or expensive watches.
