Power Station (North) - Diving Sites in Aqaba -

Rated as an excellent diving site. This is a boat diving site, with entrance point on the buoy. This place offers lots of possibilities for all levels of divers. Nearer to the actual Power Station than the famous wall dive we find a gentle coral slope from 5m down to 50m.

Corals types vary from fire corals, cabbage corals, pinnacles and small coral gardens. Fish life: puffer fish, squids and octopus, turtles, lion fish, groupers, forge fish, scorpion and stone fish (seasonally the whale shark could be seen there in June and/or July) Sharks is a possibility on this dive site.  There is a really good area just behind the mooring, great for Tec divers with deco to complete! All divers should visit the area.
