have started diving as certified PADI Open Water Divers. Learning to scuba dive requires both
1) knowledge development (facts, principles, concepts)
2) Motor procedures (skills, techniques, methods). The PADI Open Water Diver Course online provides the knowledge development portion you need. You develop the remaining skills by actually diving with a PADI Instructor.
After enrolling, PADI's eLearning system presents you with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading.

The perfect introduction to diving for children 8yrs and above. On a 1:1 basis with an instructor children are taken on a dive among the coral reefs of Aqaba to a maximum depth of 2m.
Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) - Estimated: Half-Day
No matter how many days you stay in Aqaba, we can introduce you to diving! Whether you have just 1 day or more, you can leave with a scuba diving certification; even with only one dive!
Scuba Diver (SD) -- Estimated: 2 Days
Our 5-Star IDC facility specialises in PADI courses and our team of professional instructors offer courses with training materials in a variety of languages! Our equipment consists of all the top brand names. We can outfit you from a simple mask, snorkel, fins set, to a complete dive kit.
Open Water (OW) -- Estimated 3-5 Days
You will have fun with some in-water skills in our swimming pool or in our confined water training area at Club Murjan House Reef. These same skills are then completed in the 4 open water dives of the course!
All combined with theory about diving! You will be certified as an Open Water Diver where you can dive anywhere in the world. We recommend a depth of 18 metres until you get experience in further training courses! e.g. Advanced Open Water.
Upgrades (Referrals) -- Estimated: Depending on the Referral
Come to us with a Referral and finish your course and/or upgrade from Scuba Diver to Open Water diver.
We hope you will enjoy the experience enough to continue your diver education with additional courses, learning more skills and improving your diving enjoyment.
Adventure/Advanced Open Water (AOW) -- Estimated 1-2 Days
Interested in continuing your diver education? Both courses develop your underwater skills and give a taste of some of the many dive specialties that are available.
There are 2 Core Dives: Deep and Navigation. You may then choose Elective dives which allows you to select one to pursue your particular interests.
(1 for Adventure, 3 for Advanced) with many to choose from: Night, Drift, Reef Diver, Multilevel, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Photography, Wreck Dive, Peak Performance Buoyancy.
Rescue Diver (RD) -- Estimated 3-4 Days
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares the diver to help prevent and manage diving emergencies. Preparing you for the next step of DiveMaster or Master Scuba Diver, the course will improve your confidence and diving skills.
Divided into two sections, theory and open water training, the Rescue Diver course includes topics such as self rescue, diver stress, first aid, equipment problems and emergency management. A must for any responsible diver. A prerequisite for this course is an internationally recognised First Aid qualification.
Emergency First Response (EFR) -- Estimated 1-2 Days
To meet requirements for completing the PADI Rescue Diver certification, you must also have completed the PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course, or another approved CPR course within the last 3 years.
Although you can complete the EFR course before, during or after Rescue training, it is recommended that this take place prior to commencing the Rescue course. The course is designed to teach you the same first aid and CPR methods and procedures used by paramedics and doctors. Non-divers may also enroll in this course as it is not "diver" specific.
